Sultanate of Oman 1978 National Day, Fort Al Jalali is a fort in the city of Muscat, Oman. It was attacked by the Ottomans during the capture of Muscat (1552) against the Portuguese ~ Nizwa Fort is a massive castle in Nizwa, Oman. It was built in the 1650 by the second Ya'rubi Imam, Imam Sultan Bin Saif Al Ya'rubi. ~ Rostag Fort ~ Sohar Fort ~ Jibrin Fort.

I am interested to exchange Covers and Postcards worldwide.

Besides i also collect Stamps (mint), specializing in Souvenir Sheets and Miniature Sheets.

My favorite themes are Birds, Tigers, Butterfly, Fish, Bridges, Trains, World Heritage Sites, Art and Culture.

I have a large collection of Indonesian issuance from the early 1950 until the recent 2013.

I can offer you covers or postcards for exchange, using popular themes of Indonesian stamps, starting from the year 2000 until the recent 2013 issuance.

INDONESIA

Indonesia has more than 17504 islands with few major ones, such as Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua and Java Island, surrounded by a "ring of fire" with 400 volcano which 130 are still active.

Indonesia has a population of more than 240.000.000 inhabitants with many different cultures from 1128 ethnics which live in 33 province.

There are many beautiful places to visit, such as Lake Toba in Sumatra, Tana Toraja in Sulawesi, or an adventure to see the "one horn" Javanese Rhino (Rhinoceros sandalicus) in Ujung Kulon National Park, West Java. Visit the Borobudur Buddhis Temple, one of the Unesco WHS in Yogyakarta, or see the famous Dragon Komodo (Varanus komodoensis) well known as the largest lizard in the world. Or even hick and climb Jayakesuma peak (Carstenz Pyramid) 4884 m, one of the Seven Summit mountains in the snowy Jayawijaya highlands, Papua, or another adventure to the hinterlands of Kalimantan island, and last but not least see the exotic Bali island.
